Hishtapchus HaNefesh
Breslov
Hishtapchus HaNefesh is a Breslov work focusing on the theme of prayer, specifically the personal prayers known as "hitbodedut." The title of the book, "Hishtapchus HaNefesh," translates to "outpouring of the soul," which aptly summarizes its central theme. Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, the founder of the Breslov Chasidic tradition, advocated for this practice, asserting that it is a cornerstone of spiritual development.
